DIVORCE - BE WELL INFORMED

Divorce is an extreme life changing experience and often very emotional. As the process progresses I find many of my clients experience an overwhelming sense of relief. PATERNITY - KNOW YOUR RIGHTS, PROTECT YOUR CHILD

Many unmarried Fathers do not understand their paternity rights. Your name on the birth certificate is only evidence of paternity, not proof. The unmarried Father has very little if any rights until he is adjudicated the Father.

MEDIATION - NEED A DIVORCE? AVOID GOING TO COURT

As a certified family law mediator I am able to assist married couples with reaching a settlement agreement through mediation. If an agreement is reached it is possible that neither party will need to go to the courthouse. As a family law attorney I can complete the divorce on your behalf. I will prepare and file the necessary documents, take final testimony and present a final judgment for entry by the judge.
